Art Bengaluru, one of the most reputed Art Festivals in India, has been created to showcase a wide spectrum of art forms and provide a platform for artists (both Indian & International) to exhibit their works.
Riding on the success of its last 5 Editions, Yes Bank Art Bengaluru returns with its Sixth Edition, which is unexpected and radical. It will change the way the 21st Century perceives art and life. The ‘Paradigm Shift’ is not only a showcase, but an ‘experience’ across several spheres; Science, Technology, Philosophy, Perspective, The Human Condition and Our Place in the Universe. The Festival will focus on the different perspectives of technological advancements, interactivity, lifestyle, scientific discoveries and dimensions, affecting an immigration or shift in our thinking, while substantiating the role of Art in Shifting Paradigms.
To translate ‘Paradigm Shift’ into an impactful customer experience, this year’s edition will be on a large international scale. An Art & Culture Festival spanning 10 days – 21st to 30th August 2015 across 28 to 30 Art Locations with upto 8 VIP Art Exhibits (curated projects) by renowned curator and art historian Suresh Jayaram in 21 saleable zones. A performance festival staged in the Piazza will feature art forms like music, theatre and dance, and talks, seminars and engagement workshops by artists, curators, academics and historians. Art connoisseurs can look forward to a delightful experience at the eclectic Yes Bank Art Bengaluru Gift Shop.
Every year, Art Bengaluru is hosted at The Collection at UB City – a landmark property located in the heart of the city. The Tuscan architecture and the plush interiors lends to the aesthetic appeal of UB City, which perfectly complements the Art Festival by creating an illusion of fluent expanse.
