Nazia Rushdi

As a contemporary artist, Nazia Rushdi mostly likes to work on conceptual art. She believes that the medium of art has no boundaries. The universe, nature, time, space, the complex human mind and behavior, and the connection among them are the subjects of Nazia’s artwork.

She completed B.F.A from Rabindra Bharati University. Her artwork has been exhibited in Academy of Fine Arts in 2022, AMI Arts Festival an initiative of Kolkata Center for Creativity in 2022 and 2021, Visionay Projects’ online exhibition ‘Disrupting the Stillness’ in collaboration with Lohme Art Gallery in 2020, Birla Academy of Fine Arts’ annual exhibition in 2020 and various places in Kolkata.
